Order & delivery
KITESY MARTIN STUDIO deliver all over the world from Paris. Most our packages are delivered within 48 hours after verification of the transaction and depending on the product availability. We do not process order on the weekends. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Taxes and duties
Our office is located in Paris, FRANCE. For all orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.
KITESY MARTIN STUDIO cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. KITESY MARTIN STUDIO takes no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.
Contact our Customer Service at customerservice@kitesymartin.com with photos and follow the steps to repair your damaged jewel. Don't forget to indicate the order reference and to add photos to your email.
First check that your delivery address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and cause a re-delivery delay.
If the parcel has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible at customerservice@kitesymartin.com
However, if the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Refunds & returns
KITESY MARTIN STUDIO offers a 14-day return policy for exchange or refund. The fourteen calendar days begin on the day following receipt of your order.
KITESY MARTIN STUDIO verifies that the returned product complies with our return policy, namely:
• The item has not been worn, altered or washed.
• The product is exactly as you received it, with its adhesive(s) and/or label(s) still attached.
• The original jewelry box must not be damaged when you return the jewelry, as it is part of the product.
Purchased items may be exchanged for an item of the same price. Exchanges are shipped upon receipt of returned items and are subject to stock availability.

Returns are at your expense.
You can return your parcel using any postal service. As the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouse, don't forget to ask for and keep proof of dispatch, in case of problems.
If you prefer to exchange your item for a model at a different price, please return your order for a refund and purchase the new item separately on our site.

Please note that we will reimburse you within 5 days of receipt of your order at KITESY MARTIN. Please note that your bank may take several days to register the transaction on your account.
