Kitesy Martin creates contemporary, high-end pieces that are the result of diverse inspirations and a unique artistic sensibility.
A graduate of the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, Kitesy Martin has been a designer for nearly 10 years. After working for prestigious fashion houses such as Balenciaga, Balmain, and Lacoste, she is now embarking on her entrepreneurial journey.
In 2018, she launched her eponymous jewelry and accessories brand, establishing a unique creative vision. She has also collaborated with fashion houses and brands such as Talm, Maison Patou, and Ganni, demonstrating her ability to combine creativity with exceptional partnerships.
Kitesy Martin grew up in Paris in a family with diverse roots : Chinese, Malagasy, Italian, and French. From a very young age, she developed a unique perspective by watching her mother combine gold and silver jewelry with plastic pieces, blending classic styles with whimsical touches. Inspired by her mother’s example, she instinctively began recreating these jewelry combinations. At school, she was already nicknamed “Madame Bijoux.”
After several years working for major fashion houses, Kitesy Martin felt the need to give new meaning to her work, to evolve in a more intimate setting, and to adopt a more personal approach to design. Trained in clothing design and then in leather goods, she chose to return to the basics by creating pieces she could design and craft herself, right from her living room. Fashion jewelry then became her preferred medium of expression.
And that is how Kitesy Martin Studio was born.
