Kitesy Martin STUDIO offers a repair service.
We take care of manufacturing or raw material defects, but not natural wear and tear (such as light scratches).
To make the most of our expertise, we charge a minimum flat-rate charge
of 25€ for this service. The price depends on the nature of the repairs required.
You will be given a quotation, and the repair(s) will be carried out after your approval.

Any repairs requested up to one month after the date of purchase will be taken into account by our studio.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 5 days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by e-mail, enabling you to follow the progress of your order.
KITESY MARTIN STUDIO offers a 3-day return policy for exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item has not been worn, altered or washed.
• The product is exactly as you received it, with its adhesive(s) and/or label(s) still attached.
• The original jewelry box must not be damaged when you return the jewelry, as it is part of the product.
