Exchanges and returns are accepted for a period of 14 days following the receipt of the item.

How to Return a Product or an Order

To initiate a return of one or more items from an order, please contact our Customer service team to obtain a return authorization. To ensure an efficient process, please include your order number in the subject line of your email.

Information on Returns

• All items must be unworn and in their original packaging, with packaging intact, to be eligible for return.
• Returns or exchanges without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
• Our products undergo rigorous quality control checks to ensure they meet the highest standards. However, there is still a possibility that an item may be damaged during transportation. Please contact our Customer service team with an image of the defective item.
• Sale, discounted items, and limited-edition items are considered final sales and are ineligible for exchange or returns.
• We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers by KITESY MARTIN STUDIO.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been thoroughly inspected and approved, our Customer service team will process the refund to the original method of payment. You will also receive a confirmation email.
